Matt Supina is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Jove. He is responsible for overseeing customer implementation, customer success, and support functions.
Prior to joining Jove, Matt was the VP of IT Operations at PRA Health Sciences, one of the leading clinical research organizations in the world. He was responsible for overseeing the corporate infrastructure, application support, desktop engineering, and IT quality teams. He also has extensive experience in leading drug safety and pharmacovigilance software implementations for the Top 50 pharmaceutical companies.
Matt’s goal is to ensure Jove continues to provide a personal, attentive customer experience from implementation through post-launch even as the company grows and scales, and that our customers are able to realize the full benefits of the application.

Graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1992 with a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering.
