As Director of Customer Success & Product, Ashley leads the Customer Success and Product teams at Jove, ensuring customers fully leverage the platform to optimize their operations. She drives adoption and long-term success while guiding user feedback and the development of new and enhanced features, helping Jove evolve within the fast-paced legal industry.
Building Strong Relationships and Driving Successful Outcomes
Ashley has been with Jove since its earliest days, supporting the company from its first customer implementation. This experience gives her a unique, end-to-end understanding of the customer journey.
Prior to Jove, she worked as a paralegal at a large law firm, managing intakes and her own caseload, and she helped develop procedures during the firm’s transition to an earlier version of Jove.
Ashley leverages her combined experience to build strong client relationships and help firms operate more efficiently and grow.
