Debbie McGrath is a seasoned financial and business operations executive with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and economic change. In her role as CFO, Debbie oversees all financial functions, ensuring the organization’s financial health while partnering closely with leadership to align financial strategy with broader business objectives.
Steering Growth Through Financial Leadership
Debbie’s career includes more than a decade with Kurtosys, a global software solutions company, where she served as Controller, Global Head of Finance, and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure, she led the company through significant milestones, including international expansion, organizational scaling, and periods of economic transition. Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening financial infrastructure, improving reporting and analytics, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Debbie managed accounting operations for multiple organizations, where she played a key role in building strong financial foundations and fostering alignment between finance and operational teams.
